Return Items
We hope that you would be satisfied with your purchased items. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep our item, you may return it to us within 15 days after the received date.
Please note that we only accept items with secure packaging only. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your return item.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Promotion item cannot be refunded as well. The gift was given as promotion gift, must return with the return items.
Exchange Items
We appreciate to change your purchase item's size for you within 7 days after the received date. For broken or damage items before worn, please send it back to us, in order for us to ship the new one to you with the free of charge.
To properly return or exchange item to Zenith Silver, please follow the instruction.
• Notify Zenith Silver of your intent to return by e-mail, and you will receive the Return Authorization Number or Exchange Authorization Number to put on the return & exchange form. Any shipment without this number will be returned to you.
• Complete the Return & Exchange Form. MUST be filled out in full for proper refund/exchange. (The form can be printed out on the bottom of this page)
• Have all your receipts in the package.
• Save your shipping receipt until you've receive your refund or products. If you do not have proof of shipment, we are incapable of issuing your refund/exchange for package lost in transit.
• Repack the item in original package or secure package and send it back to:

If the items are broken into many pieces, please make sure that you return the entire item.

• Your money back will be sent to you as money order only.
